  1、把準備好的青、紅尖椒切碎。蒜切末後,放在碗中,倒入三勺醬油和兩勺蚝油,攪拌均勻備用。

  2、粉絲用溫水浸泡二十分鐘後,撈出切成兩半備用,蒸鍋内倒入開水,再放入扇貝蒸兩分鐘。

  3、兩分鐘取出蒸好的扇貝,用刀切除扇貝肉黑色部分,找幾個扇貝殼擺在盤中,逐個擺上扇貝肉。

  4、放上粉絲,澆上調好的湯汁,燒鍋熱油,淋在搭配好的扇貝上即可。
