  1、雞爪剪去爪尖,整理好,入鍋加清水、适量料酒和姜片焯水備用。

  2、煮好的雞爪取出沖洗下,去浮沫瀝水。

  3、鹽、料酒、老抽、生抽、芝麻油、五香粉,調一碗汁。

  4、鍋裡放老姜、花椒、蔥結、八角、幹辣椒、桂皮、香葉、冰糖。

  5、加調料汁加清水,煮開,鹵水就做好了。
