  1、主料:蒜頭1000g;輔料:米醋适量。

  2、蒜頭剝去外皮,用水洗後控水晾幹。

  3、把蒜裝進一個無油無水的幹淨玻璃容器。

  4、玻璃容器中倒入米醋。

  5、米醋淹沒蒜。

  6、瓶口處要密封,蓋上蓋子。

  7、放置七天左右,蒜頭都湛青碧綠了就可以吃了。
