  1、鬼子姜用水浸泡洗淨,洗淨的鬼子姜将其放在通風陰涼處風幹。 

  2、花椒和大料加水煮開,再晾涼。

  3、将鬼子姜放入鹹菜壇中。

  4、再依次加入甜面醬、鹽、糖、生抽、白酒,最後将晾涼的花椒大料水倒入壇中。

  5、密封腌制20天即可取出食用。
