  1、用料:黃花魚、大蔥、講、蒜、八角、小茴香、花椒、鹽、醬油、醋、植物油、白糖。

  2、先将黃魚去除魚鱗及内及内髒,洗淨,均勻塗抹上鹽撒幾粒花椒腌一會;

  3、鍋中油燒熱後,放入黃魚煎至兩面金黃;

  4、加入蔥段即可。
