  1、食材:臘肉80克,青蒜3根,洋蔥1/2個,年糕180克,米酒1大匙,色拉油3大匙。

  2、臘肉整塊放入電飯鍋中蒸約20分鐘,取出切薄片備用。

  3、青蒜切斜段,洋蔥切絲,鍋中倒入色拉油燒熱,放入青蒜、洋蔥翻炒,再放入年糕,最後放入臘肉快炒一下,倒入米酒,待收汁後即可起鍋。
