  用料:鮮田螺肉300克,紅辣椒數個,生姜适量。

  調料:精鹽,食用油,生抽,味精,十三香。

  方法:

  買回家的田螺肉用清水搓冼幹淨;辣椒切段,姜切絲;鍋裡燒油,放進田螺肉;不停地炒動,炒幹水分,加入精鹽;調入生抽炒勻;放進切好的辣椒和生姜;再次放适量的鹽,讓辣椒入鹹味;待辣椒炒熟時,調入十三香和味精炒勻即成。
