  1、主料:西瓜皮600克。

  2、調料:大蔥10克,姜5克,味精1克,鹽3克,白砂糖5克,醬油5克,香油5克,植物油20克 。

  3、将西瓜皮洗淨,削去硬皮,切成西瓜皮片。

  4、将水燒開,放入西瓜皮片,待水再開時撈出西瓜皮。

  5、鍋中放植物油燒熱,先炒蔥姜末,接着放入醬油、白糖、鹽和西瓜皮,翻炒到入味,淋上香油拌上味精即成。
