   豬骨洗淨。

   葛根去皮切塊。

   紅蘿蔔去皮改刀切塊。

   山藥去皮,切塊,洗幹淨。

   切幾片姜,将所有湯料入煲加水。

   紅棗去核加入大火慢炖三小時。

   湯就做好了,加入适量的鹽調味。

   裝碗品嘗。
