  1、材料:雞腸300g、韭黃200g、蒜3顆、辣椒3條、米酒1大匙、辣醬1大匙。

  2、雞腸用蔥姜酒水氽燙去腥,将浮沫清洗幹淨後切段備用。

  3、油熱放入蒜辣椒爆香,放入雞腸炒勻,同時淋入米酒增香。

  4、再放入韭黃炒勻。

  5、放入辣醬及調味料後,淋入一些熱水再拌炒均勻即可。
