  1、主料:黃花魚。

  2、輔料:蔥、姜、蒜、辣椒、桂皮、大料、花椒面、鹽、糖、醋、醬油、料酒。

  3、将魚摘洗幹淨;

  4、鍋燒熱,放油,将魚放入炸至表皮稍硬即可;

  5、将所有的輔料放入高壓鍋内,糖和醋要多加一點,其他正常放就行,加入炸好的魚,加水末過魚即可;

  6、在高壓鍋壓30分鐘等它自然冷卻就可以了。
