  1、茄子洗淨,切滾刀塊

  2、清水中滴入幾滴醋(或檸檬汁),将茄子浸泡10分鐘左右

  3、五花肉洗淨,切簿片

  4、鍋中少許底油,将五花肉放入逼出油,爆香蒜和姜

  5、茄子從水中撈出瀝幹水份(無需用手擠出水份),倒入翻炒;不斷的翻炒至茄子開始變軟,調入泰式甜辣醬、雞精,繼續翻炒1-2分鐘,即可出鍋。
