  1、所需食材:黑豆100克、紅花5克。紅糖150克。

  2、黑豆要用清水浸透,這樣才容易煲爛;紅糖最好在黑豆褒爛後才放。

  3、黑豆用清水浸3小時至透身,紅花洗淨。

  4、将黑豆放入瓦褒内加入清水,用慢火褒爛,待用。

  5、再放入紅花、紅糖稍煮片刻即成。
