  1、備好食材:羊肉,大蔥,小蔥,香菜分别洗淨;

  2、羊肉切碎一點,大蔥,香菜,小蔥分别切碎;再準備2個小米辣,也切碎;

  3、羊肉調入适量鹽,料酒,醬油,攪拌均勻,腌制15分鐘;炒鍋燒熱,倒入适量植物油再次燒熱;

  4、放入幹辣椒,花椒炒香;放入羊肉,大火翻炒至羊肉顔色發白;放入大蔥翻炒;

  5、羊肉炒幹後,調入适量孜然粉,辣椒粉,花椒粉,胡椒粉炒勻;放入香菜,蔥花;關火,出鍋撒小米辣。
