  1、排骨洗淨,泡淨血水,起油鍋,油溫6成熱,碼入排骨,小火開始煎。

  2、把排骨全部煎好,煎排骨的過程中,調制紅燒調味料,生抽、白糖、冰糖。生抽有提鮮提味上色的功能,白糖有去腥上色的功能,冰糖不那麼甜,加少許提味。

  3、将紅燒調料汁倒入鍋中,炒拌均勻并入味,加适量的水,沒過排骨即可,炖煮排骨。

  4、排骨上色炖熟,收幹湯汁,加鹽調味,即可出鍋。
