  1、首先将肉塊平放在砧闆上,刀斜30度将肉片成0.5cm厚度的長條。

  2、點火燒熱平底鍋,将肉條直接煎熟裝盤,撒上海鹽。

  3、用1湯匙味噌和3湯匙橙汁調成醬汁蘸食即可。

  4、提示:蘸食前一定要先嘗嘗原味,非常的鮮美。
