  1、原料:蘑菇100克,雞蛋200克,植物油50克,精鹽2克,香蔥2根。

  2、鮮蘑菇洗淨,切成片,香蔥去須,洗淨切成蔥花。

  3、取1個碗,打入雞蛋,放入蘑菇,精鹽,用筷子打散攪均勻。

  4、炒鍋上旺火,放油燒熱,下蔥花炒至起香,将雞蛋漿倒下,不停地沿鍋底煸炒,待結成塊狀時出鍋裝盤即成。
