  1、豬肉洗淨去皮切塊,再切成小塊,放入料理機打成泥倒入碗中備用。

  2、姜切片,再剁成末,蒜排拍扁後剁成泥,蔥切成蔥花,把蔥姜蒜放入豬肉中,加入雞蛋,加入鹽,椒鹽,五香粉,白胡椒粉,雞精,味極鮮醬油,兩湯匙玉米澱粉,用筷子順時針方向攪打均勻。

  3、把肉蓉捏在手心,用虎口擠出丸子,用湯匙刮下來,鍋内倒入适量油,燒至六成熟時放入丸子,轉中小火炸。

  4、用漏勺來回攪拌,使其炸的均勻。

  5、炸至金黃色即可撈出瀝幹油分備用。幹炸丸子就做好了。
