  1、在對蝦後背開口,去除須足,控幹氺備用、蔥姜蒜切末。

  2、油大些、油熱放對蝦,中火将對蝦的兩面煸幹,撈出留底油。

  3、用底油加入蔥、姜、蒜、末煸香。

  4、煸香後放蝦,放入料酒、醬油,保持中火,然後邊燒邊用炒勺将鍋底的調料往蝦上交然後改小火放入少許蔥綠即可。
