  臘八蒜腌制10天左右能吃。

  臘八蒜制作方法:

  1、用一幹淨盛具,最好用開水煮過消毒,作為泡臘八蒜的容器。

  2、選好大蒜,去皮洗淨,晾幹,先泡入醋内,再加入白糖,拌勻。

  3、置于10度到15度的條件下,泡制10天即成。
