  瘤子芥的做法:芥菜頭洗淨,去掉頂部和根部的薄皮;先切成片,再切成條;用适量的鹽(比做菜略多點)拌勻,腌制一夜,中間翻動兩次;瀝幹殺出來的水分,然後在蓋簾上晾至表皮幹。接着把甜面醬和醬油入鍋燒開,可以根據自己的口味适量添加糖;徹底晾涼後,和晾好的芥菜條混合拌勻,收入密閉的容器中低溫保存,随吃随取。
