  1、原料:豆腐500克,木耳50克,蔥末、姜末、火腿、鹽、花生油、水澱粉、鮮湯各适量。

  2、制作:将豆腐上鍋蒸熟,取出切丁;木耳用溫水泡,發後洗淨切丁,火腿切丁;炒鍋注油燒熱,下入蔥,姜末爆鍋,放入木耳煸炒數下,加入鮮湯、鹽、燒開後,用水澱粉勾芡,撒上火腿丁,翻勻,出鍋即成。
