  1、準備材料:餃子皮400克、堅果50克、葡萄幹50克、紅棗幹50克、黑白芝麻适量、白砂糖300克、蜂蜜70克、水适量;

  2、餃子皮切指甲蓋大小方便整形,起鍋燒油,四周有小氣泡包圍就可以下鍋炸,炸的過程要翻動讓它們受熱均勻,炸到金黃撈出冷卻控油;

  3、糖和蜂蜜放鍋中,倒入的水量隻要沒過糖就行,煮小沸關火下餃子皮和各種配料,翻拌裹糖;

  4、迅速放入不沾烤盤壓緊實冷卻脫模切塊即可。
