  1、用料:肥腸450k,西蘭花100k,紅辣椒50k,蔥姜适量,生抽适量,鹽适量,花椒10粒,茭白200k。

  2、首先把菜配備好,辣椒切塊.西蘭花,茭白切斜刀菱形塊,蔥姜,

  3、鍋燒熱 倒入油 放入花椒10粒,再放入蔥姜爆香.紅蘿蔔,西蘭花一起放入鍋内翻炒。

  4、再倒入肥腸 ,倒入蚝油 生抽,鹽調好味道,快速翻炒。

  5、出鍋。
