  1、取新鮮香芋清洗幹淨,隔水蒸1.5~2.5小時至熟透,将蒸熟的香芋趁熱放入打漿機,同時加入新鮮香芋量0.20~0.30倍的開水。

  2、打漿約5~10分鐘,加入新鮮香芋量0.10~0.20%的α-澱粉酶,用10倍量涼開水分散溶解後加入,繼續打漿攪拌5~10分鐘,用離心機榨取液汁,過200目篩,加熱煮沸2~4分鐘滅活,噴霧幹燥,制成香芋粉末。
