  1、泡打粉加入面粉及調味料,揉成面團,切成10等分,發酵約30分鐘,豆沙亦分成10等分。

  2、每份面團扞成中間厚,邊緣薄的面皮,包入豆沙後收口捏合,置于蒸茏内,以大火蒸15分鐘即可。

  3、豆沙包,也稱作豆蓉包,是以紅豆沙為餡的麥包,為起源于京津的傳統小吃。豆沙餡的做法是将紅小豆去掉豆皮,弄碎煮爛,加糖,再用油炒一炒。把餡放入用澄面和生粉搓成粉團的皮,在蒸籠裡蒸即成。
