  1、原料:豆豉20克、幹辣椒2隻、鱿魚500克、蔥10克、姜10克、青蒜段50克。

  2、調料:植物油50克、鹹鹽10克、味精5克、料酒15克。

  3、做法:首先将鱿魚切成3—4分寬的長條,入開水一氽,過涼瀝淨水分備用。蔥切成段,姜切成絲,辣椒切成馬蹄瓣。勺内加植物油燒熱,放入蔥姜煸鍋,待出蔥香味後,依次加入幹辣椒、豆豉、料酒、鹹鹽煸炒,然後放上鱿魚、青蒜段炒熟,加上味精攪勻裝盤。
