  1、制作麥餅要用高筋面粉,高筋面粉做出來的麥餅口感更酥脆,和面時要一點一點的加水來保證面條的軟硬度。

  2、撒上一些面粉後靜置醒面20分鐘即可,将面團擀成餃子皮,然後包上調和好的肉香,然後做成餅狀後就能放入油鍋中慢慢煎成表面酥脆即可。
