  1.食材:南瓜200g、全麥粉200g、酵母粉2g。

  2、南瓜去皮切塊蒸熟搗成南瓜泥。

  3、加全麥粉200g和酵母粉2g揉成面團,蓋上保鮮膜發酵一個小時。

  4、面團揉好分成等份的團,将剩餘的南瓜泥包在裡面,壓成餅狀。

  5、放在鍋中小火煎至兩面金黃即可,好吃的爆漿南瓜就做好了。
