  1、将洗淨的嫩姜切成大約一厘米的薄片,備用。

  2、起鍋燒水,水開後放入姜片,焯一下撈出,瀝幹水分。

  3、準備一個空碗,倒入瀝幹的姜片,放入鹽、白糖、蜂蜜拌勻。将拌好的姜片倒入玻璃罐中,加入沒過姜的四分之三處的白米醋,蓋上蓋子冷藏兩天即可。
