  1、材料:五花肉适量、鹽适量、花椒面适量、海椒面适量、孜然粉适量、雞精少許、蔥花少許。

  2、為了保證炒鍋受熱均勻,避免炒焦可以先将五花肉煮熟。煮熟後的五花肉先去皮,随後将肉和皮切成麻将大小的塊。鍋内放入少許油燒熱,然後放入肉塊,小火來回翻炒,肉質出油後會慢慢變焦黃色。待肉塊有點變焦黃色時可放入肉皮,此時可放入鹽、花椒面繼續翻炒一分鐘,随後放入海椒面和孜然繼續翻炒,着色均勻後放入少許雞精翻炒一下便可出鍋了。最後裝盤撒上少許蔥花即可。
