老式牛奶圓餅幹做法和配方

  1、食材明細:低筋面粉145g、奶粉15g、黃油35g、牛奶40g、雞蛋液15g、糖粉40g;

  2、黃油切成小塊後放在碗裡,放進微波爐加熱融化成液态,在黃油裡加入打散的雞蛋,再加入牛奶混合均勻;

  3、再加入過篩的奶粉,低粉,糖粉拌勻,拌成一個光滑的面團,将面團擀成一張薄皮;

  4、餅幹模具壓出形狀,放在烤盤上,放進預熱好的烤箱,170度,中層,12分鐘左右。
