  1、清炒蘆筍是一道位于福建省傳統的地方名菜,屬于閩菜系。由蘆筍200克,蔥粒100克,鹽适量,澱粉、料酒、醋少許等原料組成。

  2、做法:将蘆筍洗淨,切成段,備用。炒鍋内放底油, 加入蔥粒煸炒,并放入姜、料酒、醋、鹽和味精,加入筍段,不停地翻炒,待筍段熟後加入溶于水的澱粉收汁,即可裝盤。
