  油三湯匙、鹽适量。

  做法:

  黨參、紅棗、淮山、杞子各物洗淨,稍浸泡;洗淨宰好的山斑魚,抹幹水分,熱鍋放油,待油六、七成熱時放山斑魚兩邊煎至微黃,鏟起;煮沸瓦煲裡的清水,倒入所有材料,武火煮20分鐘,轉小火煲一個半小時,下鹽調味即可食用。
