  1、沙蝦清洗幹淨,剪去蝦須、蝦腳。

  2、蒜頭和生姜分别剁碎。

  3、蒸鍋放水煮開,把蝦放進蒸籠,水開後放蒸鍋上面,大火蒸5-6分鐘;

  4、另起鍋,熱鍋冷油,小火爆香姜。

  5、加入适量鮮味汁,這種鮮味汁很鹹,建議用蒸魚豉油或海鮮醬油等不太鹹又好味的豉油來蘸。

  6、大火蒸5-6分鐘之後,清蒸蝦關火焖3分鐘再出鍋即可。
