  1、蘿蔔去皮切成小段用3匙鹽腌制21個小時。蘿蔔出水了以後倒掉鹽水。用礦泉水把蘿蔔條洗淨。

  2、碗裡裝好糖,加上半碗溫水入微波爐微波1分半(用鍋子煮也行),糖溶化後加入醋就成糖醋汁。

  3、最後把糖醋汁倒進蘿蔔條,拌勻,再加上少許的鹽和雞精。倒上油潑辣子。腌制4個小時就可以吃了。
