煎西瓜豆沙餅

  1、西瓜果瓤200克、面粉500克。蛋清、白糖、豆沙适量。

  2、西瓜瓤打成蓉,瀝去部分汁,拌上面粉、蛋清、白糖,分成若幹個較稀的小面團,包入豆沙餡,分别滾上幹粉,壓扁,冉搓圓,反複幾次之後面團較硬實時捏成型,成西瓜餅坯。

  3、平底鍋上火,加油燒熱,放入餅坯煎熟即可。
