砂鍋炖烏雞目魚湯怎麼做

  1、食材:烏雞550克、幹墨魚20克、油50克、鹽5克、生姜5克、蒜米5克、紅棗3個。

  2、墨魚泡水裡泡軟除内髒洗淨,切碎成小片待用。

  3、鐵鍋洗淨加清水燒開,放入菜市場幫殺砍好的烏雞肉淋入油加入生姜、蒜米、鹽、紅棗大火燒開轉小火慢炖十分鐘。

  4、烏雞炖過十分鐘後放入泡發好切碎的墨魚片一起再炖20分鐘,後拍入蒜米拌勻過一陣子就好了。
