  1、食材:花蛤500克,内酯豆腐1盒,生姜蒜末少許,小蔥少許,鹽,雞精少許,料酒少許。

  2、買回來的花蛤可以直接裝碗放入冰箱保鮮層慢慢吐沙。待花蛤洗淨,生姜蒜頭剁成末,小蔥切出蔥白和蔥花。

  3、鍋中加熱放油,下入生姜蒜末蔥白炒香,再放花蛤翻炒片刻,加少許料酒繼續翻炒加清水沒過花蛤,把盒裝豆腐切小塊放入湯中,蓋上鍋蓋煮開,這時花蛤全部都開了,加少許鹽,雞精調味,灑上蔥花就可以出鍋啦,非常美味,加入蒜末可以去腥提鮮!
