  1、準備材料:藕300克、豬肉150克、面粉100克、泡打粉1克、小蔥1根、姜1小塊、料酒1湯勺、海鮮醬油1湯勺、香油1湯勺、鹽适量;

  2、鮮藕洗淨去皮燙一下,撈出晾涼,切成5毫米厚的片,再從中間切一刀,不要切到底;

  3、豬肉剁成肉泥,調入蔥花、姜末、醬油、料酒、鹽、香油,用筷子延同一方向攪拌;

  4、将切好的相連蓮藕片打開,中間塞入肉餡,面粉放入1g泡打粉加水調成面糊;

  5、鍋中倒入油,藕盒沾面糊,油8成熱時,放入鍋中,炸至雙面金黃,撈出控油即可。
