  1、新鮮山藥一塊切成片。

  2、上蒸鍋蒸熟或用煮鍋煮熟,晾涼備用。

  3、金紅小棗洗淨去核,入開水鍋煮軟煮透,晾涼備用。

  4、用廚房加工器将山藥和紅棗分别打成泥即可。

  5、将兩種泥泥和在一起,比例為2:1,或根據自家孩子口味特點适當調整山藥和紅棗的比例。
