  1、先把幹面用熱水泡上;胡蘿蔔去皮擦成絲,黃瓜去皮切絲;

  2、蔥切圈,蒜切片,姜切絲。幹辣椒掰成段兒,準備好花椒;

  3、面泡至無硬芯的時候撈出,過涼水,控幹水分;

  4、鍋中倒油,小火爆香蔥姜蒜、幹辣椒和花椒;

  5、直到鍋中的材料略微變焦但卻未糊之前将其撈出丢掉,隻剩油在鍋中;

  6、倒入胡蘿蔔絲翻炒至略微變軟;

  7、将黃瓜絲和炒好的胡蘿蔔絲倒進盛面的盆中,再調入所有“調料”,拌勻就可以享用啦。
