  1、主料:玉米面(黃)150克,燕麥片100克。

  2、輔料:豆漿250克。

  3、步驟:燕麥仁洗淨,放入鍋内,加4碗水煮至熟并呈開花狀;冷豆漿和玉米粉攪拌,調成玉米糊;将玉米糊緩緩倒入煮熟的燕麥仁鍋裡,用勺不停攪拌燒沸。然後轉用小火煮10分鐘,熄火,加入鹽調味即可。
