  1、烏冬面200克,油菜心2根,香菇1朵。

  2、調料:日本大醬20克,日本醬油20ml,墨魚素1克,清酒5ml,味林10ml,高湯20ml。

  3、做法:鍋中放入高湯、日本大醬、日本醬油、墨魚素、清酒和味林,小火煮約5分鐘開後,放入烏冬面,3分鐘後盛入碗中。油菜心、香菇焯熟擺入面中。淋少許醬油,大火煎約10秒鐘,盛碗即成。
