  1、準備食材:小龍蝦200g,幹鍋醬100g,料酒20g,油10g,鹽10g,雞精10g,藕片50g,辣椒20g,姜絲10g,蔥絲10g,芹菜100g,蒜20g。

  2、将小龍蝦用清水洗幹淨,辣椒切段,芹菜切段,鍋中倒油,放入蔥絲、姜絲、辣椒。爆香後倒入幹鍋醬翻炒,放入小龍蝦、芹菜、藕片,倒入料酒翻炒均勻後加水。放鹽、雞精,大火收汁後出鍋即可。
