  1、先把雞肉洗幹淨控水後再剁成塊備用。把生姜切成絲,大蒜籽去皮,鍋燒七成熱放少量花生油,先下姜,蒜小火煸出香味。

  2、再把雞肉放下去,大火翻炒,一直炒幹雞肉裡面的水份。一直炒到帶點焦黃更好。

  3、接着放半支可樂,一勺醬油,半勺雞粉,一勺鹽。蓋蓋子中火焖至收汁即可。關火裝盤,雖然簡單,但味道不錯哦。
