  1、食材:蹄膀,黃豆,蟹味菇,油豆腐,腐竹,大白菜,紅棗。

  2、将各食材洗淨備好,蹄膀洗淨出一次水以去污垢。

  3、在電壓力鍋中,放适量水,将蹄膀及各食材放入,水需淹沒食材,選擇豆類蹄筋檔(或30分鐘),最後加鹽适量,完成。
