  1、制作原料:嫩菜葉25克,雞蛋3隻,黃酒15克,清湯适量,精鹽适量,醬油少許,熟雞油10克。

  2、首先把準備好的雞蛋攪拌好。

  3、鍋内放入清水,等水開後,放入加入蛋液(用湯勺延鍋邊慢慢攪拌)。

  4、再高火3分鐘。食用時撒上蔥花,鹽,雞精即可。
