  豆泡紅燒肉。主料五花肉500克,豆泡200克,冬瓜400克,輔料油适量,生抽适量,香菇适量。

  五花肉清洗幹淨,将五花肉切塊。準備香菇用水泡軟,準備豆泡,準備冬瓜。五花肉和香菇放入高壓鍋然後加入适量生抽,老抽和水蓋上蓋子大火燒10分鐘。十分鐘之後待高壓鍋消氣了打開鍋蓋。炒鍋将熱油将冬瓜和豆泡放入炒片刻。将高壓鍋裡的五花肉倒入炒鍋裡和豆泡一起大火燒直至收汁即可。
