  1、豬肚适量、胡蘿蔔1根、洋蔥半個、尖椒2個、色拉油、食鹽4克、醬油5克、水澱粉少許、胡椒粉适量。

  2、做法:豬肚切成菱形塊,胡蘿蔔,圓蔥,尖椒切片。

  3、鍋裡放油,燒熱後把各種蔬菜片扔進去炒。

  4、把熟豬肚倒入鍋中,翻炒幾下。

  5、加鹽,醬油,胡椒粉,翻炒均勻,然後用水澱粉勾芡就可以盛盤了。
